An excavated manure-storage system, also suitable for sludge, water and other liquids.

The MST Basin Liner can be supplied in almost all shapes and sizes. It is an excavated manure basin, where dikes are made from the removed soil. We then coat the excavated basin with a manure liner, which ensures that the manure storage is liquid-tight.

The MST Lagoon is provided with a bottom liner of at least 1.0 mm and a cover of at least 0.5 mm.

By default, we process an LDPE bottom liner and a cover from FPP in manure quality. Other materials are possible in consultation.

The emptying and filling of the manure basin takes place via a remove/fill pipe underneath the basin.

For the purpose of inspection and certification at a later stage, a lagoon is provided with a legally required drainage system under the bottom liner.

It is also mandatory to place a fence that is at least 180 cm high around a basin liner.
