To transport liquids or manure seamlessly from the source to your storage system, we offer various professional pumping solutions. In addition to the time-consuming back-and-forth driving of a manure tank, this includes electrically or tractor-driven pumping of the manure. We have all the necessary options for this, and together with you, we can provide the right advice. Below is a selection of the manure pumps we offer.
Electric submersible pump
The electric submersible pump is a robust solution for use in wells or basements. Thanks to the smart guide system, the pump is easy to remove from and insert into the well for maintenance.
- Options: Available as a cutting pump (ideal for cattle manure) or a non-cutting pump (for pig manure).
- Power & Material: Power ratings range from 2,3 to 21 kW, manufactured in durable cast steel and often equipped with a cutting plate and blade.
- Installation: Is stably mounted on a coupling base with stainless steel guide tubes.
- CapacityThe yield depends on the thickness of the manure, the lifting height, and the transport distance.
Tractor-driven manure pump
For situations where high pressure and capacity are required, our tractor-driven positive displacement pumps are the standard. These pumps are built for heavy-duty work on site.
- Mobile assemblySupplied on a robust frame for easy attachment to the tractor's three-point linkage.
- Powerful drive: Direct connection via the PTO ensures high pressure and a capacity of 86 m³ to as much as 255 m³ per hour.
- Protection: Due to the high pressure, stones or wood can cause damage; an optional stone catcher minimizes this risk by means of centrifugal force.
Electric centrifugal pump
Specifically for thinner manure streams, such as pig and calf manure, we offer the electric centrifugal pump. This system is designed for flexibility and ease of use.
- Mobile designThe pump is mounted on a handy two-wheeled handcart, making it easy to move around the yard.
- Specifications: Equipped with a 5,5 kW electric motor with 3” connections on both the suction and discharge sides.
- PerformanceDepending on the type of manure, this pump achieves a maximum capacity of approximately 70 m³ per hour.
