An excavated storage system for manure, also suitable for sludge, water, and other liquids.
The Foil Basin is available in virtually all shapes and sizes. It is an excavated manure basin in which dikes are constructed from the excavated soil. We then line the excavated basin with a manure foil, guaranteeing that the manure storage is liquid-tight.
The foil-lined basin is fitted with a bottom liner of at least 1.0 mm and a cover of at least 0,5 mm.
As standard, we use a Kiwa-certified underlay film and covering made of FPP in manure quality. Other materials are possible in consultation.
The emptying and filling of the manure basin is carried out via a discharge/fill pipe running along the bottom of the basin.
For the purpose of control and future inspection, a foil-lined basin is equipped with a legally required drainage system beneath the bottom liner.
