A plastic storage system for manure, but of course also suitable for sludge, water, and all kinds of other liquids.
The Flexobasin is available in heights of 200, 300, 400, and 500 cm and with diameters from 369 cm to 3877 cm. This means the smallest capacity is 22 m³ and the largest is 5.997 m³.
The Flexobasin is a manure silo consisting of a steel frame surrounded by 6.0 mm LDPE plates. Special steel cables are installed around this plastic outer wall. These steel cables absorb the outward-directed forces. A high-quality FPP manure bag is installed as standard on the inside of the Flexobasin. A floating cover can be fitted to the basin as standard, but for diameters up to 2500 cm, it is also possible to mount a tensioned cover. Emptying and filling the manure silo takes place via a discharge/filling pipe running along the bottom of the basin or, optionally, via a pipe over the edge.
