As of January 1, 2021, Gilbert Jacobs of Milieusystemen Tiel bv and Jan Dekker of HABO Drechtstede bv
entered into a partnership.
As of January 1, HABO's activities have been transferred to MST at the head office in Tiel.
The office at Hoepel 1 in Sliedrecht will remain open, and Jan Dekker will continue to call the shots there.

As of January 1, Gilbert Jacobs of Milieusystemen Tiel bv and Jan Dekker of Habo Drechtstede bv have entered into a partnership.
MST is strong on the foreign market, particularly with the Flecobassin among others, while HABO operates more on the Dutch market with its Relutex mesh silos and corrugated sheet silos. In addition to conventional round silos, HABO also includes the rectangular concrete trench silo from BEFO in its product range. MST builds biogas plants and small-scale treatment plants and is also involved in the sale of pumps and mixers.
In addition, they sell all kinds of concrete silos, foil basins, manure bags, and covers.
Through a collaboration, the two companies complement each other well.
